How do I complete an application for a position with Monarch?

The application and associated forms are located through links on this page. The application can be printed and completed by hand or a version is available online that can be completed electronically and emailed for submission. The completed forms are to be mailed to The Monarch Cement Company, 449 1200 Street, P.O. Box 1000, Humboldt, KS 66748 or emailed to hrdept@monarchcement.com. Other supporting documentation such as a cover letter, resume, WORKReady Certificate, etc. can also be included.
