Solutions for Satisfied Customers
How long should I wait before I build on this new concrete? How long should it be covered? What does ACI 301 require for strength documentation?
Our commitment to quality doesn’t end when the trucks leave our plant; instead, we serve as a resource to customers around the Midwest, answering questions and providing technical services and expert guidance to ensure they can deliver a high-quality product for their next project.
We can help you troubleshoot any issues related to the performance of the concrete or aggregate on the job site. Our team has decades of experience understanding the behavior and properties of both cement and concrete, and possesses the specialized know-how to keep your project on schedule.
Our on-site cement lab regularly tests all our Portland and masonry cements to ensure they’re meeting the standards of quality set by the ASTM. Governmental regulatory agencies and industry partners use ASTM standards and guidelines from other organizations as the baseline for quality and compliance. These standards also allow laboratories around the world to test both cement and concrete using uniform criteria for quality, strength and safety. Operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, our lab provides ongoing testing of our products to ensure they meet or exceed all standards.
Always in search of the highest-quality products, our concrete lab provides a variety of evaluations on concrete and concrete products, including compressive strength, freeze-thaw tests, sulfate resistance, and others. The results of these tests allow us to optimize our mix recommendations for the various grades of concrete, check the compatibility of various admixtures, and ensure we can more closely monitor how our cement performs in various projects.
